For Urgent Water Service Disruptions that Require Immediate Action

Members should promptly report the following water service incidents:

• Water main breaks or suspected leaks

• Loss of water service

• Unusually low water pressure

• Water discoloration or other water quality concerns

• Other urgent water distribution issues

• Be prepared to provide your name, service address, contact number, and a detailed description of the issue.

Service Requests

Requests involving new water connections, modifications to existing service, or other service changes must be reviewed in accordance with SLWA governance and applicable regulatory requirements. New service connections are subject to the existing Public Service Commission restrictions. A moratorium issued in 2017 is currently active.

Members should contact SLWA at wvsugarlanewater@proton.me to request a meeting before making arrangements for new or modified service.
