Sugar Lane Water Association, Inc. (SLWA) is a nonprofit, member-based organization providing water service to the Sugar Lane, Morgan Ridge, and Parker Run communities in Marion County, West Virginia.
SLWA purchases treated water from the Town of Rivesville and maintains approximately 4.5 miles of water distribution lines, originally constructed in 1976–1977. A Public Service Commission (PSC) moratorium restricting new water service connections was established in 2017 due to low water pressure across the system.
SLWA is governed by a Board of Directors responsible for overseeing system operations, financial management, regulatory compliance, and long-term planning. The association operates in accordance with its Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and applicable state and federal regulations.
