Member meetings are held in accordance with the SLWA By Laws. Scheduled member meetings will be posted on this page. Notification will also be communicated by U.S. mail. Members may contact the association for additional information regarding meeting schedules and participation at wvsugarlanewater@proton.me.

Purpose: The meeting is to review and discuss the new Articles of Incorporation, new Bylaws, review financial reports, and member selection of Board of Directors.
